maximum course duration

The sessions are required to be completed within the level duration mentioned for your respective Level/Course, additionally we may allow a buffer of 2 months (to be communicated in writing before taking a break)
– We do not commit the same coach / batch / time / days after the break since the student’s batch must have moved forward with topics and levels
(however options of multiple batches will be shared to suit your convenience).

cancellation of classes

In case of one-on-one classes or private group sessions, if due to unavoidable situations, parents want us to postpone / cancel a specific session, in that case, they are responsible for communicating the same with us atleast one day in advance (24 hours).

Shifting Of Days And Time

In case you wish to change from an existing batch, your relationship manager will assist you with available options for your child’s level. Batch shifting can be done only after completion of a level.
